1 Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words carry the meanings as defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you as a member and bs77. By registering an account or using any bs77 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms set out in this document.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the bs77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bs77 takes the protection of minors seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Nationality & Residency: The bs77 platform is designed specifically for players residing in Malaysia. Registration from regions where online betting is strictly prohibited is not permitted.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. bs77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (national ID, passport) at any time.

3 User Account

As a bs77 account holder, you are fully responsible for all activities that take place within your account. This includes:

• Password Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Account Security: Enable the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) feature provided by bs77 for added security. Notify the bs77 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• Information Updates: Keep your personal information — such as your phone number and email address — up to date to ensure a smooth verification process.
• KYC Verification: BS77 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before allowing withdrawals above a certain limit. This process requires a copy of your identification card and may include bank statements.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal

Bs77 supports the most popular and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method that same as the one used for your most recent deposit (except in specific cases approved by the bs77 team).
• All winnings derived from bonuses must meet the stipulated rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Your first withdrawal request may require identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.
• The daily withdrawal limit is RM30,000 for standard accounts and can be increased for VIP members.
• Withdrawals requiring further review will be processed within 24–48 working hours.

5 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by bs77 are subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming any bonus, you agree to comply with those terms.

Rollover Requirements by Bonus Type

• A member may only hold one (1) active deposit bonus at any one time. A second bonus may only be claimed after the first has been fully completed.
• If you make a withdrawal before meeting the rollover requirement, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• Different games contribute different rollover amounts. Slots generally contribute 100%, while baccarat and blackjack contribute only 10%–20%.
• Bs77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with prior notice to affected members.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including hedge betting or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in bonus forfeiture and account termination.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the bs77 platform — including slots, table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), Live Casino, and progressive jackpots — are operated in accordance with international industry-standard rules.

• RNG System: All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified. This guarantees the fairness and randomness of every round.
• Technical Malfunction: In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during an active game, all affected bets will be returned to the player's account. bs77 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues beyond our control.
• Game Records: All game records are stored in the bs77 system for a minimum of 12 months. In the event of any dispute regarding game results, these records will serve as the definitive reference.
• Live Casino: Live Casino games with real dealers are conducted in accordance with standard live casino rules. Results announced by the dealer are final and cannot be disputed.

7 Sports Betting

The bs77 Sports Betting section covers a wide range of local and international sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League), badminton (BWF World Tour), e-sports, and more.

• Odds: All displayed odds are in decimal format. Odds are subject to change until a bet is fully confirmed.
• Live Betting: Bets placed during live events are subject to real-time odds changes. BS77 reserves the right to suspend the acceptance of live bets if there is any uncertainty surrounding the event in question.
• Event Cancellation: If a sports event is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that event will be fully refunded. If the event is postponed and resumes within 48 hours, all bets remain valid.
• Sports Betting Limit: The minimum Sports Betting stake is RM2 per bet slip. The maximum limit varies depending on the event type and your VIP tier.
• Official Results: Results used to determine winnings are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sports governing body.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the bs77 platform and will result in immediate action, including account termination without warning:

• Identity Fraud: Using another person's identity or information to register or verify an account.
• Multiple Account Usage: Registering or using more than one account for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Hacking & Manipulation: Any attempt to hack, modify, or manipulate bs77's software or systems.
• Money Laundering: Using the bs77 platform for any money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Using hedging strategies or system manipulation to extract bonuses without genuine risk.
• Automation & Bots: Using automated software, bots, or any third-party program to play on the bs77 platform.
• False Information: Providing false or misleading information during the KYC process or in communications with bs77 customer support.

9 Account Termination

A bs77 account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

Voluntary Account Closure by Member

You may close your bs77 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all rollover requirements have been met and all eligible funds have been withdrawn. Any remaining balance left inactive for more than 12 months will be subject to a dormancy fee.

Termination by BS77

BS77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account if:

• A breach of any terms set out in this document has occurred.
• Accounts suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or system manipulation.
• Member failed to provide the requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account closure is required to meet a legal or regulatory compliance obligation.

10 Liability Limit

BS77 shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Betting losses incurred as a normal result of gambling activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond bs77's control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data used to determine Sports Betting outcomes.

BS77's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the date on which the liability claim arises.

11 Responsible Gaming

BS77 is fully committed to responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help members stay in control:

• Daily Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings.
• Play Time Limit: Set reminders or session time limits to manage the time you spend on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period (7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently) whenever you feel you need a break.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about the time spent and amount wagered during your session.

12 Amendments to Terms

BS77 reserves the right to amend, update, or improve these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following amendment notification procedures apply:

• Members will be notified of material amendments via their registered email at least 7 days before the effective date.
• Non-material amendments (such as spelling corrections or added clarifications) take effect immediately without specific notice.
• Continued use of the bs77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendments made, you have the right to close your account before the effective date of those changes.
